The St. Paul Mini-Marathon is an annual event put on by the City of St. Paul as part of the 4th of July celebration. It starts at the Coast Guard Station and ends at the St. Paul School.
This is the first time a puffin has competed. He finished 3rd in the 40-50 year old age class. The sticker on the back of the puffin’s head says Seabird Youth Network!
