Students attending Seabird Camp 2021 had a wonderful field trip to the seabird cliffs. 

After identifying different seabird species and trying to spot eggs and chicks, campers sat down to sketch pictures for their friends on the Commander Islands that represent St. Paul Island. 

All the sketches will be sent to the Commander Islands, and a few are shown below.

It’s amazing how much life and action can be seen from these rich seabird cliffs— and hardly anything is still!  It was a great activity to stop and observe, and these sketches really show how much was seen.
